I had a problem with an upstairs bathroom leaking into the ceiling of my living room, creating water stains over an 8 foot long area. As soon as he arrived, Adrian went into triage mode. He quickly identified the source of the leak, and used a variety of techniques to fix the problem. He also made improvements to the plumbing to reduce the chance of leaks in the future. He ended the appointment with advice on how much drywall I should have replaced, and how long I should leave the ceiling open to let the accumulated moisture get out. I'm not happy to have had a leak, but I am glad that Adrian was available to help fix it!

Norman was very professional. He listened to my story about the situation and observed the water damage to the first floor ceiling. He quickly went to the shower and found the cause of the water leak. He told my wife and I what needed to be done and we agreed.
