James came to our house to help us address a drain fly issue. He made sure our toilets were properly chaulked, inspected the pipes under the house and gave us some valueable tips on how to manage the situation. I'm really grateful for the service I received.The technician was incredibly patient in explaining the issue, and he was kind and respectful—he waited without rushing while I decided whether to proceed with the repair. I had never dealt with repairing or draining a toilet before, and while I initially thought the cost was a bit high, I was fortunate to be able to apply a promo code that made it more manageable.They went above and beyond by also checking the water heater, which had stopped working. Thankfully, it turned out the flame had simply blown out due to recent high winds.Also, I want to highlight how impressive the LIVE agents were. Their responses were so quick and accurate that I honestly thought I was chatting with a bot at first—but it was clear I was speaking with a real person who truly understood my situation.
